Since this edition of 7 Days of Real Food is a beginner's guide, some of the meals feature dishes that can be jump-started using some processed foods. For example, I demonstrate how to take a reasonably healthy frozen pizza and turn it into something special for an affordable, quick and tasty Friday night. The key to these meals is starting with a frozen pizza that isn't already packed with preservatives and fillers.
